Description
Many schools face significant challenges in effectively implementing international mobility opportunities for their students, particularly within structured programmes such as Erasmus+.
Teachers encounter several demands in the planning and management of learning mobility projects that promote intercultural understanding and the acquisition of key competences.
This course introduces teachers to Erasmus+ projects and provides them with the skills to manage and deliver ongoing student mobility projects that align with their school’s objectives.
During the course, participants will explore key aspects of the Erasmus Mobility project planning, such as examining school needs through a SWOT analysis and aligning them with Erasmus priorities to create impactful project outcomes.
Participants will use tools such as eTwinning and the Europass platforms to identify, select, and establish cooperation with suitable partner organisations, in line with project objectives and quality standards
Participants will learn how to create mobility plans, select students, and ensure their safety during international exchanges.
They will then plan learning mobility activities and related dissemination and evaluation strategies, ensuring quality implementation and a positive impact on participants and organisations.
By the end of the course, participants will have the skill to design and implement student mobility, enabling them to create cultural and educational experiences for students.
Develop mobility plans aligned with project goals and safety protocols;
Define communication protocols, establish a risk assessment checklist, and safety rules;
Use tools like Europass and eTwinning to find project partners;
Develop fair and effective criteria for selecting students, create engaging tasks for participants, and ensure their safety and success during mobilities;
Evaluate and disseminate project results effectively.

Creating fair and inclusive student selection criteria as a part of mobility planning;
Workshop: Creating student application forms and evaluation rubrics;
Discussion: Students’ roles and responsibilities; communication protocols;
Workshop: Developing safety and risk management plans and protocols;

Day 5 – Follow-up phase and dissemination strategies
Measuring and evaluating project outcomes – identifying tangible and intangible project results;
