Description
Whether you are a school leader, a social worker, a teacher, or a VET trainer, as long as you are part of an educational organization, the Erasmus+ Accreditation can transform how your organization works at a European level.
For sure, the Erasmus+ Programme offers valuable opportunities to support professional development, international cooperation, and mobility for both staff and learners. However, approaching Erasmus+ for the first time can feel challenging.
This course is designed to guide participants step by step through the Key Action 1 (KA1) framework, the most accessible part of Erasmus+, which focuses on mobility projects for staff and learners.
No more fragmented projects, administrative complexity, and uncertainty: once you have learned how to get your organization accredited, you will have a stable framework for long-term mobility planning and institutional growth.
Of course, writing such applications can be highly challenging for people with no experience in project design, but this course will support you step by step in understanding the requirements, planning your long-term strategy, and preparing a successful proposal.
Participants will explore the structure of the Erasmus+ priorities and its key concepts, with a strong focus on how to connect these elements to their own institutional needs.
Combining interactive sessions, peer feedback, and trainer support, this course will help participants use artificial intelligence tools responsibly and effectively in line with Erasmus+ guidelines.
It will also be a great opportunity to meet new partners interested in mobility exchanges and long-term collaboration.
Participants will learn how to identify relevant objectives, plan meaningful mobility activities, and describe their project in a clear and effective way using appropriate Erasmus+ terminology. This way, they’ll discover how to write a coherent long-term plan that aims to implement effective solutions and outcomes in their context.
The course will adopt a hands-on approach. Through guided activities, examples, and peer exchange, participants will work on drafting their own KA1 project proposal, while becoming familiar with the main Erasmus+ platforms and tools used in the application process.
Particular attention will be given to the evaluation criteria, helping participants understand what makes a proposal strong and how to maximise its quality.
By the end of the course, participants will have already achieved a first significant accomplishment: a structured project draft, already reviewed by a project designer (the trainer) and discussed with the other participants.
They will leave with the knowledge and confidence needed to begin shaping the future of their school.
