Description
As the world is changing fast, so is education, which should be more and more flexible, dynamic, and adaptive.
This course will enable participants to keep pace with this change by presenting the fundamental concepts underpinning Agile principles and practices.
Participants will explore hands-on strategies based on the Agile methodology to address the main challenges of teachers’ everyday life, starting from lesson planning and classroom management to creating a curriculum that is really student-centered.
During the course, participants will be presented with real-life scenarios and practical tools aimed at creating a safe and inclusive learning environment for all the students.
By using an Agile approach in their teaching, educators will better support students’ well-being, boost their trust, and improve the inclusiveness of their classes, while also taking good care of their own well-being.
At the end of the course, participants will be more empathetic leader, able to structure meaningful learning experiences that will have a long-lasting impact on their students.
